PMO – onboarding employees at the customer
Brief description
PTA supports the customer in various development projects. To this end, several PTA employees are integrated into the existing teams. PTA acts as a central PMO for the necessary coordination with the customer and the organisation of technical requirements such as hardware, accounts and access rights.
Supplement
A successful onboarding process and the rapid deployment of PTA employees are important for the customer. To ensure this and provide the customer with optimum support, all coordination tasks were performed by a PTA employee, who acts as PMO, from a central location.
