Creation of a fund portfolio management tool for a multi-layer special fund of real-estate funds for straightforward creation of evaluations and preparation of investment decisions using target fund ratings and scenario simulations.
Subject description
Creating and implementing a multi-user application to consist of enriched data from various front-end systems and independently developed department tools based on Excel. This enables intraday calculation and evaluation of various key figures, such as cash-flow information. The generated results can be exported both as reports or in Excel form. Aim: displaying key risk figures for the current overall portfolio and searching for an optimal portfolio to prepare for investment decisions based on current market data.
