The projects concerns porting an old application for managing manufacturing specifications for chemical products in MS Access 97.

In addition to redesigning the dialog control, existing old data is adjusted and copied to the new application. Data is stored centrally on an Oracle database. The application is used to manage manufacturing specifications, which provide proof of which products are allowed to be produced in which countries.
Subject description
Chemical products (dispersions) are produced at various production sites around the world. The specifications for manufacturing (e.g. composition of a product) are managed in manuals with revision statuses. Production licenses are managed for individual production sites in the different countries.
