Preliminary study fee settlement

Brief description
The preliminary study will determine the basic requirements for the fee settlement system to be developed. The necessary functional points are worked out from the requirements as a basis for a detailed procedure and schedule planning. A further component of the preliminary study is an analysis of the possibilities for the technical implementation of the application. The advantages and disadvantages of different architectures with regard to the technical requirements are worked out and serve as a basis for decision-making.
