Creation of a system for the determination of process times and costs using a selected process example. Recording of measured values as part of a product test, as the addition of missing values using targeted interviews.

Preparation of all results in the form of a standard reporting format for a bottom-up cost determination for process controlling purposes. The option for reconciliation with the existing top-down determination (allocation of overall costs to all business processes).
