Brief description

The customer has identified that its current processes need to be improved because they are very slow, have grown historically and are cost and personnel intensive. He therefore decided to redefine the processes. The target conception of the processes took place in workshops organized and led by PTA. PTA modeled the new processes simultaneously in these workshops using a business process suite in BPMN2.0.

Supplement

The new target processes in the Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite are designed in workshops with stakeholders and specialist users. PTA takes on the role of organizer for the workshops, the moderation of the workshops and the role of tool and methodology expert. In the workshops, PTA identifies and documents the business requirements and current pain points. These are then incorporated into the new target processes, which PTA process managers model in BPMN 2.0 notation.

Subject description

The client's processes include the acquisition and allocation of third-party funds for transfer to suitable projects in the public space. In this project, the processes for the application and selection of projects, the provision of third-party funds and the billing and control mechanisms are being improved in order to design faster and documented processes.
