Processing of returns

TThe goal of the application is to acquire and manage suppliers' return numbers (return merchandise authorization number, RMA number) for returns. For this purpose, a supplier is sent a returns inquiry by e-mail or fax. Only when the supplier has answered with the RMA number can the relevant goods be returned to the supplier. The layouts used for creating the RMA queries are specific to the suppliers. These layouts can be edited independently of the application, in the form of templates, and are filled with the relevant query data by the application.
