Productivity alarm services

Brief description
An energy trading company takes over a company of the parent group which is responsible for the provision of alarm services. Previously, the business was managed with regard to the booking and invoicing of the services provided. With the takeover of the company, the company now acts as a contractor and the contract and billing processes have to be changed accordingly.
Supplement
The master data system is an internal .NET solution with MS SQL Server connection and a BizTalk communication interface to the SAP systems, in which any booking processes take place. The data for the alarm services incurred is imported from an existing external SQL database. The existing contract and billing structures, as they already exist for energy supply contracts, will be used and adapted to the new requirements. The focus of the adjustments is on automating the contract and billing processes.
Subject description
As part of the takeover of a company and the associated expansion of business activities to include alarm services, the existing contract and billing processes for this must be changed. The company will therefore act as a contractor and invoicing party in the area of alarm services in the future. This provides the opportunity to expand and also acquire customers outside the Group. The structures implemented will also enable the low-threshold integration of further service offerings.
