Revision of the property renovation information system developed between 2000 and 2002 with regard to performance and usability. New requirements are also implemented.

In order to achieve the aims of improved performance and usability, some dialogs are retailored, the workflow is changed and program components on both the decentralized side and the host are altered. The new requirements make changes/enhancements to the data model and program components necessary.
