Prototype for supporting workflows for acceptance sketches

As acceptance sketches can have legal ramifications later on (in the event of an accident, for example), the process up to network data maintenance has to be documented without gaps and the loss of any sketches or late submission of sketches to the network data management must be avoided. For these reasons, the requirement is to map the process electronically so that information about the whereabouts of the acceptance sketch is available at any point in the process.
