Brief description
Requirements definition, conception, and development of a prototype for a mobile sales support system. The module is used to support external sales representatives in the task of recording data and incidents while they are visiting customers.

Based on this analysis, identification of the core functionalities and drafting of a component-based model and the associated data model. Description of the application screens and creation of the functional specifications. Development of a modular basic system for a mobile CRM system.
Subject description
Along with customer and article master data, it is possible to incorporate order data, which is later forwarded to the central ERP system. The prototype is used for coordination with potential customers and can be further developed according to their specific requirements.
