Brief description
The aim of the project is to set up a quality model by partially centralizing processes, reducing the local workload and adapting the associated target model. The scope covers the Netherlands management area (Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland) and the Nordic management area (Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
Subject description
The trigger is a new organizational structure. It includes an approach to minimize local processes by means of harmonization or by providing other higher-level functions. Here, the quality activities of the operating areas are carried out via SLAs. Quality & regulatory functions in management clusters that are not covered by SLAs are unassigned.
