Quality assurance support in Austria

Brief description
The aim of the project is to set up a quality management system for the national subsidiary in Austria. The procedure consists of developing globally applicable templates for quality management. Project tasks include creating procedural instructions, developing presentations, taking the minutes of meetings, providing training courses and providing support during audits.
Subject description
The management center for the Austrian subsidiary is to be audited at the end of the 2nd quarter of 2017. A team is needed for the area of compliance, regulatory and safety, in order to prepare for the global internal auditing. In preparation, a plan is drawn up, together with the Swiss subsidiary, for implementation of a QMS (quality management system) and a traceability matrix is created. This includes the standards within the remit of the national subsidiary for which local processes have to be defined and implemented. In addition, the processes that need to be implemented locally are classified, selected and prioritized. On the basis of this classification, SOPs, training documents, flow charts and work instructions are created or adapted for the national subsidiary.
