Customized creation, selective distribution, and evaluation of questionnaires using available master data. Using questionnaire templates to repeatedly perform surveys and to conveniently design new surveys.
Supplement
Creating the questionnaire template in Lotus Notes using question components. A question component describes the type of answer possibilities (text, single choice, multiple choice) and their representation (checkbox, radio button, dialog box). Largely customized design of the questionnaire regarding font, colors, and borders. Direct preview of the questionnaire in the browser. Selective delivery of the questionnaires by e-mail to employees on the basis of a personnel database. The questions are answered using a browser, and the answers are stored in a Notes database. Monitoring of the return. Extensive possibilities for evaluating the received questionnaires within Notes and transferring the data to MS Excel. Implementation of a differentiated authorization concept for the process and the evaluations.
