Brief description
Analysis, design, implementation and testing of various data marts. Multi-dimensional data marts (star schema) for identifying SABOD key figures are developed on an Oracle database and the data is made available in COGNOS PowerPlay cubes.
Subject description
There is a need to assess employees' job performance, which also include checking the document management business processes for weak points. Accordingly, some of the desired key figures come from the SABOD document management system. Documents that are received in the company or generated in the company itself are placed in FileNet via SABOD. Documents that are received from outside are scanned. Then all the documents are converted to the TIFF format, roughly indexed and then forwarded to the relevant group managers and departmental heads via the SABOD inboxes.
