Reengineering of communication server

Brief description
Reengineering of a communication server for managing all messages and confirmations that occur in the context of the transfer and processing of payment settlement data between employers and the receiving offices of the health insurance companies. The communication servers acts as a neutral data hub.
Supplement
The goal of the reengineering is to improve the performance, robustness, and reliability of the systems in accordance with the higher requirements. In order to achieve this, the database and the user architecture will be redesigned. The process flows of the various communication paths are optimized and the parallel processing of the application is revised. Moreover, the application is extended to permit the use of new communication processes and developed into a comprehensive platform for dialogue.
