Brief description
Visual and monetary representation of the influence of a project on the performance of the business processes. In addition to identification of the affected business processes, the expected performance change is represented in a KPI matrix, which is used for providing an overview and decision template for management.
Supplement
Development of a suitable form of representation on the basis of the existing business processes and templates. The KPI matrix contains the dimensions of process time, process quality and process costs, and represents the status quo as well as the change in performance.
Subject description
The format is used firstly for project approval and secondly for project control, and also provides a clear decision guide for those who are not involved in the organization. This means projects and their influence on business processes can be compared and monitored.
