The project includes a solution for mapping customer hierarchies for managing customer master data. In addition, there is also a solution for planning and preparing customer appointments and for the structured recording of conversations at the customer appointment. The service area is extended with an administration of the devices available at the customer. The devices can be recorded and displayed hierarchically.
