Implementing statistical update in SAP Netweaver. This is where you configure the update of certain info providers and how the update is used in order to run evaluations (for reports, duration, data volume and user numbers, among others).

Clear graphic reports have been created to display data. It is now possible to use the result statistics to create service level agreements for the departments and to confirm performance measures with objectively measured figures.
