Brief description
Further development and support for existing BW data models and open hub interfaces with emphasis on sales information.
Supplement
The data are loaded from several SAP ERP source systems into SAP BW and diverted from there via Open Hub interfaces to SAP PI. SAP PI transfers the data to a Microsoft Data Warehouse. This is where Sales and Service Reporting is performed that also includes data from connected CRM systems. Cooperation in the project covers the following main areas of emphasis: redevelopment and enhancement of data sources, redevelopment and enhancement of BW data models and Open Hub interfaces, enhancements of process chains, user support.
