SAP BW on HANA: Distribution Logistics 2.0

Brief description
Within the scope of the project, the system landscape of the distribution logistics (Cross Docking Centre, CDC) to be used in the future, including the systems for the connected (regional) warehouses, is to be conceptualised and provided. For this purpose, a solution with SAP ERP, SAP EWM and SAP BW is envisaged. PTA is active in the area of SAP BW / reporting.

Reporting is to take place in three ways: firstly, operationally as day-to-day reporting for incoming goods, the employees on the floor (in sales) and office (control centre) or maintain the regional warehouses. Secondly, long-term reporting for the planners of the future operational parameters / middle management is planned. Also KPIs for the higher management.
Subject description
The entire logistical range is covered, from goods receipt to redistribution, repackaging, intermediate storage, order picking and goods issue to the specialist centres for sale. Special challenges include order bundling, handling returnable containers, freight space planning, time window control, random sample determination and much more.
