Setup of a BW quality application for displaying 8D report data. Individual setup in individual local BW systems (Europe, North and South America) taking into account local system conditions and data definitions.
Subject description
An 8D report is a document that is exchanged during quality management in the event of a complaint process between vendor and customer. 8D stands for the eight mandatory disciplines (process steps) to be followed when processing a complaint in order to overcome the underlying problem .
