SAP BW: QM incoming goods inspection with supplier evaluation
Project duration: 9 months
Brief description
KPIs such as PPM, repeated defects and return rates are calculated based on established target values in order to evaluate suppliers based on quality and for the detailed incoming goods inspection.
Supplement
Individual target data is calculated in the BW data model in addition to the standard SAP quality notification modules (header and position data, causes). This individual evaluation of target/actual values per supplier results in the supplier being awarded a score (0 – 100 points) that is calculated using dynamic weighting.
