Support for SAP BW: monitoring the database and system environment, performance optimizations, user support.
Supplement
The existing BW implementation is expanded to include a large number of additional evaluations for reporting domestic sales and distribution. The project includes both technical and user support.
Subject description
In addition to the administration itself, further-reaching basic tasks are realized, particularly monitoring the database and the system connections. In addition to this, performance optimizations are implemented for both the loading programs and the BW evaluations. The strategy of separating historic and current data is used here. A separate cube (which is a 1:1 copy of the cube that contains all the data) retains the data from the previous and current months only.
