In the course of the currency changeover to the euro, the "Expiring Currencies" tool is activated in the system's customizing.

Before the tool is activated, the settings are carried out in a test environment. The key users are informed about the changes that can be expected.
Subject description
The "Expiring Currencies" functions in SAP R/3 ensure that any existing items (master records for long-running agreements) in old currencies can be recalculated in euros in subsequent processing.
