SAP R/3 launch, R/2-R/3 migration

Brief description
Launching the Aristoteles system from Hochtief Software (HTS). The standard software is based on SAP R/3 and was expanded by HTS to include construction industry-specific functions in controlling, in equipment management (RENUS module) and in cost accounting (KUBUS module): as part of the launch, the R/2 system previously in use is migrated to SAP R/3.
Supplement
The project consists of the functional launch of the SAP R/3 modules FI (financial and asset accounting), CO, PS, MM and equipment management (RENUS), as well as cost accounting and order settling (KUBUS), and also of migrating the old data from SAP R/2.
Subject description
In addition to changing over the financial and asset accounting, and cost-center accounting from R/2 to R/3, the project mainly involves replacing the customer-developed, plant engineering-oriented cost-center accounting and cost accounting on the basis of specifications.
