Support for a SAP R/3 system including sales, material management, customer service, financial accounting and controlling for the sales companies D, A, CH and F. Administration of access rights, job scheduling and system monitoring. Project support for controlling during the rollouts of the sales company Germany covering the reporting of overhead-cost management and market segment calculation. Collaboration and organization in building a user help desk with support tools, administration, document management and key performance indices.
Supplement
PTA employees support live operation of SAP R/3 in a mechanical engineering company, together with the customer's employees. In addition to administrative support (jobs, spool, postings, fax output), the corresponding specialist modules are also covered.
Subject description
As well as order processing, materials management and processing service orders, support is also provided for financial and asset accounting, and controlling. Controlling uses overhead-cost management (cost types, cost centers), CO orders (internal and service orders), financial statements and market segment calculation (CO-PA), and cost-unit accounting and product cost controlling. Research and ad-hoc reports are drawn up.
