Scrum Master ad Interim
Project duration: 8 months
Brief description
During an internal reorganisation a client established the scrum framework. For two scrum teams of four and six members our client needs a scrum master on short notice. We provide a scrum master and help recruiting and training new internal resources.
Supplement
During a reorganisation scrum is established as framework and cross-functional teams are staffed with existing coworkers. We support this process. Initially scrum is coached: product vision, iterative approach, roles and responsibilities within the team, scrum boards, practical organisation and meeting structure are established. Development team and product owner are shielded from unwanted external influences and the team is focused on the challenges at hand. Together with the product owner we establish a backlog.
Subject description
The systems that are being developed are devices for sorting kernels of grains. These devices combine mechatronic components with machine-vision, NIR-spectroscopy and machine learning.
