Service for the management of GTINs

Brief description
PTA supports the customer in implementing a service for managing GTINs (Global Trade Item Numbers). The service manages a pool of reserved GTINs. It supplies a free GTIN on request, links it to an item and manages its life cycle. It ensures that a GTIN can only be used once.

The service is operated in the customer's own cloud environment via an API gateway.
Subject description
The customer identifies his articles via GTINs (Global Trade Item Number, see https://www.gs1.org/standards/id-keys/gtin). For this purpose, he purchases a quota of GTINS at regular intervals. The service manages this quota.
