Preparation of a specification sheet for a cross-plant planning tool with focus on IT projects. The planning tool allows IT projects to be planned over a period of several years. Special planning phases can be edited in their own datasets. A business game mode is available.

Subject description
Planners can discard or release adjustments. Actual cost tracking of external services is provided via an interface to an SAP system. Transparency in any adjustments is achieved through the recording of a justification and the recording of the changes affecting the value in the process.
