Support for a workflow systems, basic SAP training courses and development of SharePoint pages

Support for the workflow system involves recording problems in the specialist departments, analyzing and solving these problems and, if this is not possible, creating a ticket for IT and communicating further with IT in the event of problems. Another task is to modify decision tables used to control the assignment of tasks in the workflow. Key users are trained in meetings regarding enhancements to the software. The basic training courses for the workflow system are provided by a PTA employee. The workflow system has various interfaces to other systems, including SAP. A further task is developing a new team site. The team site is developed on the basis of SharePoint.
