Support for conversion to MS Office 2010

The specialist departments contact IT if they have problems converting their Access 97 applications. These requests are forwarded and processed in consultation with the relevant specialist department. Next, the converted application are tested by the specialist department. During the conversion, it was generally necessary to connect a corresponding work group file to Access 2010 and then to import all the Access objects to a blank Access 2010 file or to first import the objects to a blank Access 97 file in order to become the owner of these objects.
