Support for introduction of the proAlpha ERP system at the French production site.

Brief description
The ERP solution proAlpha, which the customer has been using for more than 10 years at the central production site in Germany, will be migrated to the current version and introduced in modules at the French production site (accounting andlLogistics). PTA supports the customer in IT coordination between France and Germany, process analysis, implementation and introduction of the various ERP modules, as well as support for French users. An FEC interface has also been implemented for transferring accounting data to the French tax authorities.
Supplement
The different modules of the ERP system proAlpha 5.2g will be introduced bit by bit, starting with the financial accounting. The PTA supports the customer in process analysis, configuration of the system and data collection in cooperation with other contracted experts such as ERP consultants or auditors. Due to new tax laws in France, an export interface is also being implemented, which enables the transfer of accounting data to the French tax authorities in the legally prescribed format.
Subject description
The French site uses a localized German version of the ERP system. The following modules are gradually being set up: financial accounting, sales and purchasing. The French use the German chart of accounts as well as the DATEV SKR03 at the FiBu as at the German location, so that a mapping with the French accounts (Plan Comptable Général) is necessary. Special features of the French legislation, e. g. concerning the balance sheet or the VAT declaration, are partially handled outside the software with the help of the auditors. Due to changes in French tax legislation, the system will be extended by a so-called FEC interface for exporting accounting data in a legally prescribed format.
