Support for the business process modeling of a group-wide SAP implementation project

All the documentation of the business processes is created in the Agilian modeling tool. Process flows are modeled with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). The static process directory, with elements such as business objects and sub-process, which are technically harmonized across the group, serves as a set of building blocks for modeling. When complete, the entire documentation must be generated out of the tool (detailed specification). On the basis of practical experience or new requirements, methodological specifications, such as modeling guidelines, FAQ and quality checklists for models, are continually further developed, documented and published on the internal SharePoint Server. The templates required for the documentation and concept generation are provided in the various Agilian projects. Tool support is provided to the central governance team for making content-related or structural changes to the process directory.
