Supporting the rollout of an SAP BPM system
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
Support for the local rollout of a global SAP BPM system (business process management). Training documents and an SOP (standard operating procedure) will be created and all future users will be trained on site.
Supplement
The training courses are completed in phases. First, all future users are introduced to the subject and familiarized with the fundamentals of the system in a basic course. In a second phase, the role-based training takes place in smaller groups on the basis of the created user manual. Finally, supervised exercises take place in the training system.
Subject description
This end-to-end workflow system maps the entire global change management for printed packaging (e.g. folded boxes, package inserts, labels and blister packaging), from the change request to the market launch of the medication with the new packaging.
