Technical support for a back office system

The back office system includes all the systems that support the processes of transaction processing in the back office area, such as checking, settlement, controlling etc. The back office is supported by means of the following activities: analysis and elimination of errors in existing AVS scripts, analysis and implementation of change requests, and new functions using AVS. The customer uses many standard functions of the Endur software (Trading Manager, Reference Manager, Admin Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Services, Settlement module and Settlement Desktop, cMotion for nominating coil and oil). In addition, PTA supports development projects for settlement solutions that generate invoice documents from Endur in PDF and XML format for transfer to a document management system and SAP Finance.
