Test management software for actuarial tariffing
Brief description
Maintenance, new and further development of a web-based multi-client test management software that ensures that business transactions are correctly calculated when life, property and casualty insurance is taken out and changed. The product is developed on the basis of a Java EE 8 runtime including PrimeFaces as a UI framework. JBoss is used as the application server. The toolchain is mainly based on Eclipse and Maven. The principles of domain driven design are used in the design and modelling of the application.

Subject description
The project deals with the testing of actuarial procedures and information. The test cases are created in XML form and can contain special characteristics such as the current date to be used or supplementary information that is contributed by other systems in the real execution at runtime. Test cases are technically maintained and versioned. Trace outputs can be specifically selected. Regression tests are implemented on the storage of results at test run level and their comparison. For effective processing of defects, the productive systems can deliver outputs that correspond to the test case format if required.
