Testframework for a data base access interface

The customer uses a data base access via COM and XML. With a testframework deleloped in Ruby the functions are tested. The framework contains the creation of test data in a Sybase data base, the generation of XML-inputs for the interface, the usage of the interface via COM und the checks of the XML-outputs. A domain specific language (DSL) is developed to generate test cases by the end users. A data base adapter is developed in Ruby to access the Sybase data base.
