Time and information management (TIM)
Brief description
Conception and implementation of an Internet application for the detailed recording and processing of attendance times, maintenance and display of contact data as well as holiday applications and holiday administration. The recorded times are used to support payroll and customer accounting as well as resource planning.
Supplement
Porting and extension of an application based on Lotus Notes to a browser-based J2EE environment. Both the production and development environments will be completely assembled using tools and frameworks with no license fees. The run-time environment (web and application server and operating system) can be changed without having to adjust the application.
Subject description
Contact data is recorded with the attendance times, to make it possible to reach the employees quickly. The application is integrated in an application landscape and synchronizes time-controlled data with controlling and invoicing applications. Users can export data from the web interface as Excel or PDF files.
