Training courses in business process modeling

Brief description
To replace custom solutions with SAP, an international mail-order company is implementing business process management. Specialist departments, the internal IT department and external service providers will be trained in process handling, internal modeling guidelines, BPMN 2.0 and the modeling tool so that they can define and model functional and technical target processes.
Supplement
The "replacement by SAP" starts with a pilot project to perform the Proof of Concept for the process manual (project process + modeling guideline). The Proof of Concept identifies in which areas the process manual cannot be implemented in the project as required. This leads to the process manual being expanded / changed to match reality and improves the quality for the subsequent projects.
Subject description
10 courses aimed specifically at different target groups provide training on the fundamentals of business process modeling, the process manual, BPMN 2.0, modeling in the Agilian tool including documentation and concept generation. Target groups for the training courses are: managers and project workers; departmental colleagues; modelers including business analysts from internal IT and external service providers.
