Update of the user help

Brief description
The project goal is to "streamline" and simplify reference documents. The reference documents define how the user help must look within the software (e.g. spacings, image size, etc.). They consequently provide the software developers with support in implementation.
Supplement
The software-specific operating concept and compared to the general operating concept of the organization, by means of which duplicate content can be removed. During the project phase, the revision steps are discussed with the stakeholders on the customer's side and are harmonized so as to ensure a satisfactory conclusion to the project.
Subject description
The achieved simplification refers to the style guide and the documentation of the software-specific operating concepts of the software. The specifications previously described in separate sections for mouse/keyboard and touchscreen systems are analyzed to find commonalities and patterns. A pixel grid is developed for describing the spacings in the style guide, and has a conversion factor for mouse/keyboard and touchscreen systems. This factor is checked for plausibility in cooperation with a visual designer.
