Upgrade Endur BugFix Release to Basis V8.2R2

Brief description
Technical project management for upgrading to a BugFix release within Endur V8.2R2. The tasks include all planning steps, traceable test management, evaluation of the content deviations during implementation as well as the planning and coordination of the launch.
Supplement
During operation of Endur V8.2R2, in some places the limits of the system were reached, due to errors in the Endur core. These should be eliminated by means of a customer-specific BugFix release by the manufacturer (in Endur jargon 'Cut').
Subject description
Technically, the upgrade should make it possible to correctly use the functionality for hourly gas timetables and their assessment.
