Upgrade of the Web Client of a laboratory information system from JBOSS to Wildfly and Java 7 to 8

Brief description
The cobas IT 3000/5000 software solution includes a web application for the presentation and administration of samples, patients and results. Due to technical weaknesses, an upgrade is carried out on the technological components used. JBoss, Java and Apache Cocoon will be replaced by newer versions.
Subject description
The following components will be replaced by a higher version: JBoss 4.0.2 -> Wildfly 10.1.0 Tomcat will be replaced by the web server Undertow which is provided by Wildfly. Java JRE 7.0.790 -> 8.0.1610 JAVA JDK 1.7.0.79 -> 1.8.0.161 Apache Cocoon 2.1.2 -> 2.1.12 Due to the upgrade from Wildfly there will be an additional migration from EJB 2.1 to EJB 3.0 required.
