Performing user training sessions for the custom CRM and scheduling tool. The target group is the customer's employees. The training scope is continually adapted to further developments of the software.

The software application is a piece of CRM and scheduling software developed by the customer (client: VB.Net, server: SQL Server).
Subject description
The application comprises the maintenance of all relevant customer information and transactions: customer master data, contact persons, projects, customer agreements, addresses. Recording and maintaining customer activities; creating quotations while taking into account applicable customer agreements and price scales; scheduling devices; recording reservations and locations; recording/processing orders and creating invoices; recording/maintaining device data; creating transport lists and outputting delivery notes.
