Version upgrade for new Endur maintenance release

Brief description
Introduction of a new maintenance release. Subsequent to a version upgrade of the standard software solution Endur a new maintenance release is tested and transferred into the production system. Core themes of work are test planning, test management, rollout planning and defect management. The latter also includes identification of possible workarounds for occurred defects as a main task. Comprehensive support for user acceptance tests is also provided as an essential part of this project.
Supplement
Occupied roles in this project center around planning-related and coordinative tasks such as project and test management as well as the role of the technical Endur expert. Execution of tests as well as any form of programming is done from offshore partners. Another main task is to provide coordination and support for users during user acceptance tests. Documentation of test results is done using HP ALM.
Subject description
The standard software solution Endur is used to support the complete Trade-LifeCycle of gas, oil and coal deals. Besides speculative trading it is especially employed for marketing of production facilities, storage and transport assets. These assets are modelled in Endur as complex and structured contracts. Options and foreign currency exchange deals are also captured in Endur.
