Allocation of all accruing waste water costs (internal and official waste water data) to the originator, by means of quantities produced and local circumstances.
Supplement
Implementing a dialog application for structured data recording and outputting data in a standardized reporting form. The development of the application covers the functional and data processing design and programming with Oracle tools. Data from measuring equipment is copied to the database as text strings via an SQL loader.
