Web application for managing and sending news articles and e-mail newsletters

Brief description
Development of a web application for the collection and publication of news articles. Complex contributions consisting of formatted texts and images are recorded in several languages. The contributions are automatically published on the website on the selected date, whereby it can be specified for each contribution which user group has access.
Supplement
The application was developed with Ruby on Rails and hosted at Heroku (Cloud PaaS). The accounts from the previous application are migrated and the users are informed by e-mail.
Subject description
In addition, the contributions can also be sent as e-mail newsletters to predefined lists and contacts. Users can log in to the application and receive an invitation link. With this the users can activate their new account and in this way define or edit the existing data (contact data, user group, language etc.).
