Web service interface for CRM data

Brief description
An interface is developed to help extranet applications access in-house CRM and data warehouse databases located at various international customer locations. This interface is provided in the form of a web service and safeguarded against misuse from outside by means of a customized authorization system.
Supplement
Each authorized user of the web service corresponds to a contact in one of the customer's local CRM installations. Queries to the web service are answered by accessing the CRM system assigned to the user. These web services are also developed as part of the project. The development comprises the entire project cycle, from recording the requirements and analysis, design, implementation and testing, to delivery. The implementation is executed as a .Net web service in C#.
Subject description
Users of web applications in the extranet are able to directly display CRM data that is assigned to them. If the web application being used and the data classification permit, the data can also be altered directly by the user.
