Creating central user documentation as a shared working basis for users of internal customer relationship management.
Supplement
First, the existing documents and presentations and the system are examined and analyzed in detail. The document structure is then developed and coordinated, followed by all the necessary content. In addition, current specifications and instructions for sales and distribution are incorporated into the documentation, in close cooperation with the business management, corporate management and sales support.
Subject description
The new user documentation replaces a large number of individual documents and files and bundles the information into a single document. Furthermore, all content that is no longer valid is updated or removed.
