Visitor management for customer demos

Brief description
The project offers the possibility to plan customer demos in a CRM system and to document the implementation. The demo itself is planned with regard to its technical aspects and also the organization of the demo including accommodation and catering for the customer.
Supplement
The technical data of the demo is stored in Excel sheets, which are synchronized directly with the CRM system via a SharePoint connection. In addition, extensive document management, also based on SharePoint, is carried out. PTA supports the technical design and implementation of the individual business processes and functionalities.
